Intakra + HubSpot

Connect HubSpot over OAuth and Intakra becomes your outbound trigger layer inside the CRM you already run. When a tracked account crosses into a buying window, Intakra pushes the account, its contacts, and the cited signals into HubSpot so reps act on timing without leaving their workflow. You can also import existing HubSpot companies to track.

Setup

  1. 01In Settings → Integrations, click Connect HubSpot and authorize over OAuth.
  2. 02Choose which signal strength pushes an account (e.g. hot + strong-fit only).
  3. 03Optionally import existing HubSpot companies into your tracked set.

Questions

Does Intakra write to my HubSpot data?

It creates/updates the accounts, contacts, and signal notes you choose to push, over an OAuth connection you control and can revoke anytime. It doesn't touch anything you don't route to it.

Can I import my existing HubSpot companies?

Yes — import companies from HubSpot to add them to your tracked set, then Intakra scores them on live signals like any other account.
